1.0    Who qualifies for a funded website?

Our goal is to provide a website for any not-for-profit organisation working towards a better New Zealand for children and young people.

2.0    Are there any costs involved in operating the website?

While we are able to build the website with funding, the organisation may be required to pay a minimal hosting cost and domain name registration for their website.

3.0    Why does the Child Health Service offer funded websites?

We believe that although websites offer exceptional value for money for organisations to communicate with the public and clients, and to promote themselves, many are unable to make the required investment and this is usually to the detriment of service delivery.

4.0   How long will the Child Health Service be offering funded websites?

At this stage we hope to be able to do this indefinitely. 

5.0    How long does it take after the request is made to complete the web site?

Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on complexity.

6.0    How private is the content of my website?

The content you add to the website will be available to the public.

7.0   Will I be tied to the Child Health Service for updating my website?

No - you will be able edit the content in your own website.
